2002 Nissan Sentra GXE

I currently own a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE. This is my first "NEW" car but not my first Sentra and I went back and bought a second one for a reason. My first one '94' was the most reliable car I have ever owned. I bought it used with 7000 miles drove it very hard and very often for 7 years. When totaled at 170000 miles it was a true loss. It started 'Every Time' and 'Anytime'. I have driven it as much as 16 hours straight and it was always ready for more. I have driven it in every weather condition and it had always performed very well. Over the years all I had to do was replace the clutch and the CV Joints. I thought that was good considering that I drove it hard and put it up wet more than once. So when I had the opportunity to buy a new car I went back to Nissan and drove this one off the show room floor. It has all the Necessary’s 5-Speed power windows and locks, cruse control.
My Car Front I have been slowly working on making this car a "One Of A Kind". My Car Back
I will not have a lot of decals on my car but there are a few that I think are ok.

Rear Of Car Tag & Web Site

I put my web page on my car since my car is on my page. Shoot it's free advertising.

I am trying to do an as professional job on this car as I can and I keep looking at web sites on car modifications. I look at just about every car show page that I can find trying to find the newest and coolest ideas for my car. I even have this car on one of the more popular sites "Car Domain.com". Here is the link directly to my page at Car Domain.com/Ziggum where you can see a more detailed step-by-step process of the things I have done so far. My car is an every day drive to work, run errands and so on but I also would like it to be a semi-show car as well and when I get some more things done I am considering putting it in one of the local car club shows. I have a lot of work to do to it before then but I am up to the challenge.
Here are some of the modifications that I have done so far.
Mud Flap Before Mud Flap After The stock mud flaps were turning gray after a while so I took them off and cleaned them up and painted them black again.
A/C Controls Before

A/C Controls After

I took the factory ac/heat knobs off and painted them black because the stock color showed dirt real well and just did not like how they looked.

Pedals

I put in these blue pedals. They glow real nice at night.
Instalation Prep

Carpet Cut

I have now installed neon lights under the front seats. First I started by removing the seat and making two [_] u shaped cuts in the carpet rolling and tucking it under.
Plastic Filler Installed

Wires Fished Into Place

Then glued two pieces of plastic to the body with epoxy. Then applied industrial Velcro and ran the wires under the carpet toward the center console.
Neon Install Done Neon Install Done and Tested Finally now that the epoxy had set-up. I placed the light in, finished tucking carpet around, connect the wiring and of course test it out. Lastly remounted the seats.
Old Dash I got the new indiglo gauges face plates. A fairly cheap and easy mod that I think looks really cool. Here is the old gauges just before I installed the new ones.
Dash Shroud These are the three pieces that I had to remove to get to the face plates.
Car Dash @ Day Here is what they look like during the day.
Car Dash Lit Up @ Night Here is what they look like at night.
Car Interior Lit Up @ Night Here is what my car looks like at night all lit up.
Custom Switch Panel I made this switch panel in the coin pocket. It has a four button touch pad and four toggle switches. I of course have to be able to control all the new lights.
Vent Guard Passanger Vent Guard Driver

I added window vents by ventguard. They make it real nice in the summer to be able to leave your windows cracked and not worry about rain.
